The value of this tv is 10/10. For me, it has checked all of the boxes, especially at the price point. The colors are bright, even in the sun. It does struggle a little with showing dark colors at night, but other than that, my experience so far has been great.

My review is more for the lack of any service I have received over the last month. I have had a broken TV now for about 4 weeks. I have been a total tech member for several years. What a waste of money! I called the total tech team and chatted with them many times over the last 4 weeks and they never do anything. Every person from customer service has apologized to me and told me they have escalated our issue to the backend team, yet nothing happens. I already pay for the total tech service, but I was also charged another $99 to get someone out to my house (that money was charged right away), yet nobody is doing anything. I'm tired of this! I have zero faith in Best Buy fixing this TV like they are supposed to. The last person that was supposed to help me just quit. Here is the email I got: Dear Christopher, We are reaching out to let you know that your order needs an update. Your appointment cannot be completed as scheduled and we would like to help you select a new appointment time. Please contact a service representative at 1-888-BESTBUY (1-888-237-8289). We're open 7 a.m to 11 p.m. Central Time, seven days a week to eschedule your appointment. Thanks for choosing Best Buy. Allan Best Buy Customer Care So, essentially, they gave up and put the responsibility on me to call them. When I did get in touch with them, I had to start all over again with my claim. So now, I was told Saturday that someone would call me from the backend team within 6 hours. It has been 2 days and still nothing. I even had to extend the protection on the TV because it ran out waiting for them to do something. I WILL ACTIVELY TELL EVERYONE I KNOW TO STAY AWAY FROM ANY BEST BUY WARRANTY PROGRAM! Your move, Best Buy.

I took a chance on this tv based on previous reviews without it having a long track record. I was not disappointed!! The picture clarity is great! It is well made and I’m glad I made the leap of faith.

So far it’s been great for watching baseball out on the deck in the warm weather!!
