This is a great surround sound system, great base and different customized levels too!

This sound system is clean and crisp and the bass included has an amazing kick to it. And it's all for a great price! After adjusting the settings and getting the sound just right it's exactly what I was looking for. It also allows for playing music via Bluetooth while playing Xbox or working on the computer. I highly recommend this to anyone out there looking for a new system

While looking to get a nice Blu-Ray surround system with a lot of volume for my new Samsung 4K tv I asked a Best Buy salesman how surrounds compare to sound bars. Upon listening to my needs the salesman explained the benefits of each but recommended the Yamaha system. He told me that you don't actually get the advertised wattage the surrounds claim on the box. In other words he told me that the 650 watts the Yamaha claimed would outperform the 1000 watt surround system I was leaning toward. So.....I gave the Yamaha a try and I'm more than glad I did.

We have purchased several Home Theater systems before and are very happy with this one. Wouldn't change a thing.

I was originally looking for a subwoofer to replace the subwoofer on my 14 year old KLH system when I stumbled upon this package. I read the reviews on it and the majority were positive, so I decided to purchase it. Enjoy the HD capabilities as well as the legacy connectivity. The Bluetooth was an added bonus. Sound is excellent and makes my simple den setup sound like a theatre.

This Yamaha surround sound system was easy to setup and works nicely. It provides good sound for my modestly sized living room, and has all the inputs I need for my A/V components. I've had the unit for about a month, and the only negative thing I have to say is that twice the unit has shut down for seemingly no reason. I turned it back on and it continued working like a dream.

Great sound. Only issue I had was the automatic sound setting didn't work very well. Had to program each speaker myself. Other than that... Great purchase!!

This system has been excellent. I like the sound options. It sounds great. I'd wished it had an AM radio option.

Bought this over the Samsung and Sony because it actually comes with a reciever, no proprietary box. It has 4 HDMI inputs which is perfect for my Fios and all my systems. Sounds phenominal. The Bass literally shook my house and can be adjusted seperately from the speakers. Awesome system.

Fantastic sound for a small sound system. Makes all the difference in listening to blue ray movies. Save your money and watch your movies at home.

This Yamaha kit system is great. Perfect for a family room that not always being used as our main theater.

When the music gets rough it gets overwhelmed. It sounds good if volume is kept at a reasonable level.

Nothing compares to large Efficient speakers. This system does a good job in our extra bedroom. Don't expect Loud levels. Yamaha Amps are great. if you want Real Power look into their Top line models. If the amp/receiver doesn't weigh much, don't expect high dB levels with clean power if it weights 10 pounds. My Old 6-channel receiver weighs 62 pounds.
