The way it cleans out the trimmings vacuumed, is not easy and you cannot clear it out completely. It also does not vacuum the best I have used.

As for the issue you're facing regarding the vacuum, we'd like to share some tips. When the vacuum chamber is full it might seem as if the vacuum won't suck properly, so please make sure you empty out the vacuum chamber when it's full.
Another reason might be that the airflow is blocked. When you cover the airslots the suction also won't be as powerful. Please make sure these are free.
Lastly, please make sure the attachments are clean as there could be hairs jammed in there.

The suction power isn't strong enough, but it's more quiet than the previous gen which I also own. That's not to say that it's whisper quiet, it's still a vacuum so it's pretty loud still.

Purchased this one and it's ok. Would like the length numbers to be visible before turning the razor on. Would also like to trim mustache without having to use 2 different attachments. Thought it was also a little pricey for what it does. Probably would not purchase again.

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Way better than the previous generation model which had a defect with the trimmer blade housing which caused it to not click into place after regular use - I had to get 2 warranty replacements for the trimmer blade housing on the old one, which were a bit better engineered than the original. The new model has a much better engineered trimmer blade housing which I suspect will not wear out like the previous generation.

The trimmer is a bit big and can be difficult cutting parts of the neck properly. I feel like I have less control on what I'm cutting compared to the smaller trimmer that came with my Wahl clippers.

There was at least 20 to choose from. I liked the idea that it had a vacuum to keep your hair. I brought this for travel, I was surprised at how well it worked and how sharp it allowed me to trim my goatee. Great product.
