Like most 8BitDo controllers the quality is excellent. The addition Hall Effect sticks potentially increases the life of the controller. A word of warning, this thing has a tendency to glitch out when over charged. So when you are playing plugged in for an extended period it is best to remove the battery all together.

It has a really sleek and retro design. I personally opted with the black one since it matches with any color. However, the gray retro color scheme is also really good. The controller feels very solidly built and I would say it surpasses the quality of an OEM Xbox controller and Switch Pro controller. Definitely recommend.

Very good controller and basically exactly what a controller needs to be; comfortable, functional, and high quality. The price was great, too.

Great controller for Switch and other platforms as advertised!

This is my fourth controller from 8bitdo. I got 2 SN30 Pro+ and another Pro 2. They offer tremendous value, quality and features. They honestly feel like a first party controller from any of the 3 console manufacturers.

It connected easily. It works fine. Triggers have started squeaking after less than 30 hours of gameplay.

Easy to use and good quality product that will last a while .I was in between this and game sir.you can’t go wrong but the 8bitdo having paddles fits what I was looking for

Hall sensors are smooth. I use it for retro gaming and it is perfect for that, it's okay for everything else.

Wish I would've looked at the button layout closely. I'm on pc so button layout was strange for me

I was hoping for the pro 3, not the pro 2 and Best Buy don’t sell it. So I got it from Amazon.

Controller is absolute garbage. Does not charge and constantly needing to have firmware updated, to only not let it charge or remain connected via bluetooth.

Bought this to play current and retro games but the dpad and joysticks are sloppy

Bought this as an open box and it looks like it was never used, complete with the box, cable and paperwork. So happy to finally have symmetrical sticks for my Switch. Exactly what I was hoping for! The only cons I might nitpick about is the lettering on the controller. The letters and words are difficult to read, especially if the light is low.
