If you are a John McClane fan for the Die Hard series, you should own this movie. Another great entry into the Die Hard series. I love how they have branched out the character. Worth watching and owning.

Great movie to watch when you have surround sound!!!

he kicks that BAD movie's butt!!! Seriously, no one makes something this BAD unless John McClane wants it this bad. I will admit that I had to fast forward through various ridiculously long scenes, like "the chase," but otherwise I just watched in awe of the stupidity, the insanity, the "John McClane-ness" of everything going on all over Russia. Oh, and you want plot twists that make absolutely no sense? Sure!! We got those out the wazoo. So all in all I can only recommend this movie if you truly love bad cinema, complete with quite possibly the dumbest plot line - I use that term very loosely - ever created. So all in all, proceed at your own risk, and definitely enable your "suspension of disbelief" filter. CSJ

good movie to watch with the family i recommend it .

The trend now is to have too much action and so much that there is no real character development, or that you cant take in all that is happening. To much action and no decent plot development. How does a place radiated become none non radiated, let alone the "rain" water they jumped into. Some scenes were cool but overall not so good. At ;east I got it on sale with my rewards points. Unfortunately I think I wasted them on this movie

If you're a fan of the Die Hard series, you'll probably want to add this film to your collection. If you're new to the series you may not find much to like here. Oh, there's plenty of action, lots of CGI, and interesting cinematography, but the plot and acting leave a lot to be desired. In this film, Bruce Willis' character reunites with his son (a government operative) in Russia and they end up trying to save the world from a nuclear disaster. The film doesn't have the humor or any of the endearing qualities of the earlier and attempts to make its mark with the audience through helicopter and car crashes. It certainly lacks inspiration, but will provide most viewers with about a 100 minutes of escapism.

Bought just for completist sake. This is by far the weakest die hard. Bruce seems so bored in this one. It's entertaining in a leave brain at door tho. For surround sound enthusiasts it's a must own. The bass alone is extremely impressive.

I thought Bruce Willis was pretty much the same character as always, But I liked the Jai Courtney character in this movie. Nice addition to my collection of Die Hard movies. Enjoyed this movie.

Very good movies my family love it ,I try to convince my neighbour to watch it, he was skeptical at first but after he watched it ,it totally blew his mind he was surprise how good it is .

This movie is now the 5th part to the series, and it seems forced. While part 1, 3 and 4 were my favorites, the 5th movie has got to be the worst one yet. I would recommend this movie only to people who want to complete their Die Hard movie collection
