Great receiver. Team explained all the features and setup was quick and efficient the mobile app is easy and can control both zones

The technician set up the TV and routed and connected all speakers. They then tested everything and made adjustments to the speakers and receiver so that every was synchronized. Very professional and helpful!!

Andree was excellent, very courteous, listened attentively and resolved my TV and receiver install. A credit to the Geek Squad Guillermo, who set up the install was also very helpful and followed up to make sure we resolved our issues.

The Geek Squad was able to set up my new receiver and make it work with my TV, Blue ray player, my built in speaker both inside my house and outside. They also set my Harmony remote to control everything. They spent the time to explain all of it so it was easy to use after they left.

I would have rated installation a 5 but I needed to request a return checkup on the installation and instruction on how to use the system. The TV instalers were not able to hook up my audio system. I had to buy a replacement AVR since the new TV only accepted HDMI connections and my receiver only had the 3 color wire outputs. I should have been advised to have an on-site evaluation before the TV purchase. When the crew returned to set up the new AVR and speakers they were helpful and saved me the task of a difficult hookup. Everything was explained and looked like it worked. After they left I tried to watch TV spent several hours trying to get the sound and audio to match each other. I would get the sound from FIOS cable and video from Amazon. After a frustrating 5 days, I requested a revisit. The 2nd tech changed some wiring and gave me instructions on how to use the system, problem solved.

Jasper was wonderful. He went above and beyond. He was very helpful is helping us make buying decisions and teaching us how to work the equipment.

The Geek Squad hooked everything up and it's working perfectly. My old receiver was not working and I had been without my surround sound for quite some time, I'm back to normal thanks to the Geek Squad.

Matt took down my old TV, installed mount and new TV. Only mounted he ran a sound and picture check to make sure everything working properly. He made sure I understood how the TV worked with my surround sound system. He was very helpful.
