    These guys are fantastic. We got our new TV installed and the others shifted down the line. They made sure all TVs were set up properly and operating. They were very nice and genial. A great bunch of guys.

    The Geek Squad intakes 4 Atmos speakers in ceiling, 2 Deftech in wall speakers and setup my new Denon X4700H and Harmany hud. Kip and his crew were professional and did a great job.

    The initial installation was GREAT. Phil, with the Geek squad was very efficient and did a great job. However, once we were viewing the TV after a few days, we realized that the TV needed to be raised. So, the Geek Squad came back and raised it. However, when that was done, the headphones that were hooked up must have gotten disconnected. We have called several times to get them reconnected to no avail. Also, the 55" TV was too large for the Bedroom, so it was returned that day. We purchased a new smaller one and it was delivered by truck and still has not been hooked up. We were so pleased with all the initial installations and still waiting to have someone reconnect the head phones and set up the bedroom TV. Please help - we are technically challenged and not able to do these things.

    The In-home service was more than excellent-the technicians were very friendly, knowledgeable (as expected) and they were very joyful. My appliances are working perfectly.

    Greek squad people were great. They setup and programmed the TV with ease and made us aware of the TV features. Also pointed out how the TV does not come with access to Direct-TV Streaming application.

    I have ranted about the nightmare in dealing with the Contract Company which now does most installs for Best Buy. We finally got an actual (the last one left at our local store) Best Buy employee to handle the install and are now, So very happy!!!! Do yourself a Big favor, Demand only a Best Buy employee installer handle you job!! Not a contractor!!!!!!!

    He answered all my silly questions and made sure all the wires were secure and hidden… checked everything was working and was super nice. When it comes to setting up audio with so many wires, etc., I don’t trust myself to get it right, but I know the Geek Squad will.

    Previously installed a new system, works great. But in a long room it was missing the full effect at the far end. The Geeks reccomended some additional speakers, and installed them. Rebalanced the system. WOW!!!!

    Not a good start and the ending is still to come! Placed an order in store Sept 12th with a magnolia associated that I had discussed system configurations and product focus in advance. Selected the Marantz Cinema60. Agreed to have Geek Squad in-home install and config support and delivery. First available was Sept 25th. Have received numerous emails and text messages in the subsequent days reminding me of the install prep and confirmation information from me that were all responded to and noted by the install status. Two weeks after the purchase on the install date the drama began. No pre-install call by 9pm to let me know the delivery and install time window. Did get a 5:33pm text saying that a “…service partner from BRG has been assigned to your appointment and will contact in the morning with the arrival window…”. No call received. Did get a text with the installers name target arrival 12:27pm with links to observe his status and location last reported. Subsequent checks showed the new time of 11:29am, great news of course. As I checked again around 11:29 it showed arriving soon. Then new text and arrived at 11:36am saying I need to schedule a service install that is pending my response. Very confusing so using the contact numbers supplied it took no less than 6 call attempts and paths to speak online agent to see what is going on given 15 minutes prior a tech was on the way and now I’m being asked to schedule an appointment. After getting to a live support person they placed me on hold and came back to say that the installer is no longer coming as something came up. They have no other staff to assign and that “I need to reschedule”. I’m not happy given no call and the confusing status communications. When I asked that they come Friday the 26th I was told the first available date is Friday Oct 10th. Not Good at all ! I make a very large electronic purchase that is now riding around in the back of an employees trunk for the remainder of the day(s) until it is now to be delivered 5 weeks after the purchase. The staff said they can’t reschedule me sooner via working me in or rescheduling other appointments as they have done to me. No priority adjustment to address the scheduling and delivery miss they created. No indication of supervisor follow up to check on rescheduling sooner. Net, Net, we have your money for the product (still not delivered) and your original two week out delivery and install date has now been moved to 4 weeks from the purchase date with the notice coming after the “…tech is heading to your home…” notices. I’m exploring alternate options at this point since Best Buy communications are falling a part and product purchased is being held hostage with no assurance that I won’t be rescheduled even further with lost time and money on my part…The Customer…

    The agent set up our new receiver and connected all the components we have. He also checked the four ceiling speakers to be sure they were balanced and working properly. He was very efficient, knowledgeable, and respectful.

    Jose came by after my amp, sound bar and speaker selector was installed. He explained and showed me how to work the speaker switch and better explained the operation. Great job

    The agent was very professional, and connected all my stereo and tv stuff perfectly. It is a little confusing for me, but I am beginning to handle it. All the nasty wires are contained, and not all over the floor. Great job.
