Should come with the game unit
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This AC adapter works perfectly fine, so this review is more of an indictment on the ridiculousness of having to buy a charger separately in order to use the Nintendo 3DSL beyond the initial charge out of the box. And the proprietary cable means that there is no way to use the expensive device you just purchased unless you go back to the store and buy a charger for the device. If they are not going to include an ac adapter, they should at least use a universal cable like micro usb or something similar...
