am requesting a resolution for a missing part issue. I attempted to return the item, but the return was denied because I did not have the original box. The box I originally received was damaged, and I was told I would need to pay $70 just to purchase a replacement box.and box had a missing item. No light . And top side was damaged too
I have repeatedly tried to contact the company by phone and email, and I have left voicemails, but no one has responded. Best Buy has also not followed up or provided any support regarding this issue.
I am very disappointed that Best Buy allows third-party sellers who use personal email accounts for sales and fail to provide proper customer support. As a result of this situation, I have lost $170, and no party has taken responsibility.
I am asking for this issue to be reviewed and resolved as soon as possible.
