It’s been working great the only thing is the charge doesn’t last but that’s fine!! It works as needed!!

Posted .Yes, the Chromebook devices do have an end of life date, as this applies to all Chromebooks regardless of manufacturer. While Chromebooks are designed to have automatic updates, as Google explains: "end-to-end updates for all our devices to ensure the highest levels of security requires dependencies on many third-party hardware and software providers so we cannot indefinitely ensure that older Chrome devices will receive updates to enable new OS and browser features."

However, with this experience, I wouldn't purchase another refurbished product.

We are sorry to hear you are unhappy with your Acer recertified Chromebook. Recertified products can be demo units, review units or customer returns. Unfortunately there is no way to determine why a particular model was recertified. With that said, these should be purchased with the expectation of some possible cosmetic issues, but the product should be in working condition. If the condition is not what you expected, please contact the reseller to inquire about your return/swap options.

Doesn’t look great but works Perfectly

It connected to our WiFi seamlessly and it’s been doing a great job as far as my son being able to log into his school work and be productive! Overall I’m satisfied
