Been a huge help for at home learning

It has totally met the needs of our current at home learning status. Only downside is the ability to limit the kids activity on it isn’t as convenient as most devices.

I had this for 4 months and just recently the screen went out. It’s a bummer that I have to get it replaced. But it’s expected with a refurbished one but just wished it lasted longer.

It works great and is the perfect size for her. It is easy to use and it already came with everything that she needed for school. The price was great as well. I would recommend for school age kids.

Was broken when I received it!

I needed something cheap for my 2nd grader's online school so for under $100 I grabbed this laptop. When I received the laptop it looked great with no scratches or blemishes. However, it wouldn't work. The screen had been damaged. The backlight of the screen would come on but you couldn't see anything at all. I returned with no issues and I plan on ordering something else.

Quick but refurbish incomplete

The charge cord was also so cheaply built that when I accidentally shut (not slammed) it in the dresser door, it severed the charge cord beyond use.

We bought this from Best Buy in refurbished qukIty around $80-85. Purchased it for our 11-year-old girl. It definitely Won’t have all the bells and whistles Of a laptop or iPad, but I think that for kids in the 9-14 age range, it’s absolutely perfect (internet, Microsoft word and Excel if you get separately, games, streaming, etc). If you’re getting this for a kid, I would recommend you also get a protection plan and a carrying soft case.
