I was attracted to the HDD+SSD combo and the price of this laptop. In general it's worked fine and done what I needed it to. The rating is mostly brought down by the keyboard. The keys will sometimes get stuck down or pop off altogether. It's easy enough to pop them back on, but it's obviously not a great feature.
It's also worth noting that you shouldn't expect to be playing any games that are remotely demanding on this card - despite the NVIDIA branding, it's still a mobile card.

I have not had any problems with this laptop. I use it for emails, web surfing and a couple of games. I recommend it.

I got this mainly for school and very light gaming (game from 2012; low specs). It is actually fast on multitasking and browsing, and only very rarely freezes. Though it was heating up more than it should, fan was almost constantly working. After only two weeks of use, one of the speakers started rattling and that is when I knew it had to go back.

I bought this laptop about a week ago it is great for the price point. Not many places you can find a great laptop with both an SSD and also the regular hard drive. Has 8 gigs of memory but you can put 12 in there picture is nice computers extremely fast with a 256 SSD where windows. You can't beat this deal by Acer. If you get one you won't regret it

Charging port failed after less than two months of use, past return date and Acer Tech support requires mailing it in to Texas to get fixed. Really disappointed in the product and service so far.
