The Acer Chromebook is a relatively easy laptop to use if you have some basic understanding of word processing procedures. However, I feel it would be helpful if an operator's manual came with it, so the user could learn about and benefit from all the possible functions/uses for it.

I rarely use a laptop unless its for work purposes. This to me felt like a great entry level laptop for people like me that don't really need all the fancy processors and such. Very simple to use and built somewhat sturdy that it did survive a few drops. It came at very pocket friendly price as well. I myself had to upgrade for work purposes but gave it to my younger brother so he could use it for school.

Love chromebook. Perfect for just browsing and searching. Not much memory but works great so far. It gets the job done that I need.

So far so good. Son loves it for High School classes. Big screen is nice. Fairly fast and no issues so far. Highly recommended.

I had need of a new laptop for multiple purposes. I always check the refurbished section as I have had excellent purchases there. This was a laptop that was more than I needed but the price was great. I am very happy with it's performance.

The two negatives are the limitations that come with chrome as a operating system (like no delete key) and if I was doing it again I would get a smaller model. This was bought for travel I thought I wanted the larger screen but now would prefer a smaller lighter model.

My new Chromebook is very quick and is easy to use. I had no trouble setting it up. Word processing through Google Docs is very simple. This device meets all my needs and cost less than a laptop.

I bought this as a Christmas gift for my daughter. It’s very easy to use and she is able to do her school work on it. It’s a perfect size to fit in her back pack. It’s very user friendly .

The device seemed brand new, with the exception of a users manual, which wasnt needed to get up and running. So far, outstanding value and performance.

For the price, this refurbished computer was a steal. It has never failed me and has proven itself to be a surprisingly powerful computer.

Love this laptop! It has enough speed to stream videos and enough memory to download the apps I need. I love the Chromebook concept. I bought mine refurbished and it looks brand new.

The chrome book was same as new, excellent item, I believe it was an smart purchase.

I got this laptop as a gift for my mom and she loves it. It’s easy to use, no physical damages and no glitches.

This is a good laptop for the money. It’s quick and works well a large clear screen. For the price I am pleased. I am not a computer buff so it is good enough.

I don't buy refurbished electricians but, I was really surprised it works beautifully so far no problems.

Pick this up for my kids to do their homework on. It works perfect and is exactly as Expected.
