Straight out of the box, the left side of the keyboard didn’t work. It was immediately discoverable as we tried to enter the WiFi password. Seems like something rather obvious for a tech to check prior to shipment. Ended up spending $100 more for a new one. It looked beautiful bit where’s the value of a laptop without a keyboard? That would simply be a monitor.

It doesn’t work

I purchased this for my son to take class on and I cannot use it. Not only can I not use it, but I am unable to return due to the policies during this time. Therefore, i don’t have the funds to buy a new one. Please don’t see refurbished items that DO NOT WORK.

When open the package the computer did not come on. So than I assume that it was dead. So I put it on the charge to found out the product itself doesn’t work. Return the product.

Great buy for old eyes

Four $93 ones for grandkids, and this one for me. Works well with Google accounts, surfing the Web, Youtube... I like that old eyes can view the big screen, it is light weight, charges well, works well, and looked new out of the box. Great value, arrived quicker than stated, and Best Buy was great at sending text about arrival of item. Thank you BB, for the more affordable Refurbished choices, so we get more bang for our money.

AMAZING laptop for the price!

I meant to buy one with a Pentium, but i ordered the wrong one. However, I have been pleasantly surprised. I'm in my last semester of college, and I needed a new laptop not only for school but for work after I graduate, and I am in love with this. It is not a gaming laptop, but in my daily life it is fast. Documents, Netflix, YouTube, web searching, etc. Everything I need is fast. In addition, the large touchscreen is great. I love this machine.
