Never even booted

It arrived, brought it home and it would not boot due to a hard drive error. Took it back, ordered a replacement. Picked up in store. Opened the replacement in the store and tried to turn it on. It also, would not boot up. Geek Squad looked at it on site. Could not resolve it. Returned and bought an HP.
