Best Buy was great about ordering new one. The new one is a little slow, to be expected with this model. Working smoother since I updated to Win 10. Perfect for first computer for son. Would have scored a little higher if first one actually worked.

We wanted a basic computer for some financial work and lots of online time. This is perfect for us. Setup was super easy and without issues - I was on line in less than 30 minutes. Acer doesn't load up the laptop with bunches of needless software which I really appreciate after a recent experience with a Lenovo computer. Overall very please, just wish it had a few more ports.

I really enjoyed it for 13 days then the hard drive crashed, it got hot in my lap and I took it outside in case it caught fire. Took it back to BestBuy and they could not get one to replace it so I had to take store credit and buy a different brand.

Awesome lil laptop

I was looking for a very light laptop that didn't make much fan noise . I was looking at this laptop and was nervous because there were absolutely no reviews. I went ahead and bought it and I am so happy I did. This laptop is fast, light weight, and makes barely any noise. I only needed a laptop for minimal tasks such as netflix, itunes, surfing the web, and uploading pictures. This laptop does the job well and i absolutely love it.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought an acer laptop because my old chromebook also acer some buttons stop working I would understand because it was old. so I bought this one blindly the first one said there was no hard drive or it could not detect it so Best Buy sent me a new one, and the 2nd laptop it worked until I downloaded windows 10 (don't do this) and my mousepad stop working and I asked Microsoft for help and now the keyboard is not working, I just completely gave up I'm sure it's a good computer but I probably messed it up by downloading windows 10.
