    Good replacement for my old defective ACER E5 and I like the additional Solid state hard drive slot.

    Bought this to replace my aging Toshiba Satellite computer. Have had the hinges go bad on two Toshiba's, so I thought I would try a new brand. The hinges feel really solid on the Acer. I ordered it with the SSD drive. Then purchased and installed a new 1TB hard drive where I plan to keep my files. This computer is really easy to upgrade by removing a small panel on the back. So far it is working great.

    Not so refurbished

    Laptop worked for all of, maybe, 2 hrs. Shortly after set-up, the screen went black and never came on again. Took it to local Best Buy and they basically said store credit, or refund, and their in-store laptops are overpriced and limited.
