When I hit the power button the keyboard just flashes at me and it goes on for hours. I’ve called customer service multiple times but they are useless and just tell me to restart it which worked the first couple times but not anymore. That’s the only solution they have. I have not even had this laptop a year. Do not waste your money on this laptop.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought an Acer Aspire from Best Buy for $850 bucks in July 2016. Jan 2018 it stopped charging. Geek Squad charged me $35 bucks to send it to Kentucky for repairs. Today I was informed the MOTHERBOARD needs replacement. $300. Less than 2 years old and this Laptop is useless. What a waste. Stay away from Acer for sure. Junk.

I love love love this laptop and it would have gotten 5 stars if the screen didn't crack within 4 months of having it. I was very careful and gentle with it so I am still stunned on how it cracked. The small crack turned in to a bigger one and I'm guessing it's due to me opening and closing it. The worst part is everywhere I go they can't fix it or don't have the part for the screen mainly because it's touch screen. The Geek squad is telling me in order to get a new screen I would have to pay half or equal to the cost of the laptop. That is crazy and too expensive I paid over $700 for it. I would be happy with my purchase if I didn't waste all that money on a laptop for 7months later not be able to use it because the screen is fully blacked out now.

Second one now has broken power button just after warranty expires. 2 laptops, less than 2 years. I use this laptop maybe three-four times a month, not an everyday system. Why is it so difficult to find quality products?

DON'T BUY ACER
