I bought this laptop as an emergency replacement to my old one which kicked the bucket suddenly. It was on clearance and well worth the purchase so far. I primarily use it for work-from-home, which involves a lot of online meetings. All things considered, the battery life is fabulous. I can easily go 4 or 5 hours in back-to-back meetings without having to plug it in. Since it's SSD, it boots and works quickly, and the touch screen is very responsive. Chrome OS took some getting used to in the first few days, but the system itself gives you pointers and advice on common questions so it's easy to learn.

Wanted to get a rear view mirror with backup camera spoke with sales associate took me in to see installer everything was explained I felt very confident in buying the product and having them install it .installation went quickly as promised, couldn't be happier

Decent little machine. Very user friendly. I purchased for studying for an exam. I was having issues with Spotify crashing it. I even had to reset to factory settings and start over. I am avoiding Spotify and don’t seem to be having issues now.

I bought about 3 laptops and gave them away to people that needed it but this one finna stay I love it so much it’s perfect!!

Amazing for the price, only downfall is that i am not big about chromebooks besides that its a great 2 in 1 laptop.

I've been using Chromebooks for a couple of years, maybe more. They are a whole lot easier to use than the Winders I used to use. This Chromebook is no exception. Nice screen, quick startup, pleasing to my eyes, and very quick. No lagging. Good battery life. I got this one for mostly on the road use because of size and weight, but it will be used during power outages, too. Chromebooks don't seem to use as much data as my Winders doing the same things. I definetly recommend this laptop. It's a keeper.

This computer is hands down the best laptop I’ve had in a long time. Touchscreen is definitely a plus. Fast responsive and battery life is phenomenal

Got this as a gift from my wife since I was the only one in the house without a desktop or laptop. I use it everyday to check my emails, pay bills, watch movies and regular web browsing. If that's all your really going to be doing this is a great pick battery life is pretty amazing as well. Love the fact that it's a touch screen and it can be folded and used like a tablet.

I have been looking for a home laptop for a while and this Acer Chromebook Spin is more than I even thought. Love that I can rotate the screen, and use it as a tablet, or stand it up to watch a video or join a meeting. The touchscreen is a huge plus! Runs fast, no issues, and so happy with this laptop - I have been recommending the Acer Chromebook Spin to everyone! Great purchase!

Excellent and sturdy build - for the most part all metal and feels very solid. Nice backlit keyboard, performance is very snappy and good battery life. Fan turns on if you have a lot of tabs open or streaming video, but is not too noticeable. Knocked off a star because the screen is acceptable, but for the price should have a much greater max brightness.

I have always worked with the Mac & was a little concerned about changing over to the Chromebook. But having retired I wanted something small, portable, and just for fun. I am happy to have made the change. I love the touch screen & the colors are so bright. I am looking forward to working with my photos.

Very happy with this purchase. Keyboard feels great, love this display and battery life. Use it mostly for watching videos and some gaming. Was a Mac user for the past decade, switched to save money and have no regrets.

Bought this CB514-3H-R2D2 (Acer has many 514 CBs) to replace my 2011 Toshiba Chromebook which recieved its last update from Google last month. Very happy with this buy as it is fast. boot up and ready to go in seconds. The spec is more than adequate for the Chrome OS and no delays in multiple tabs and YouTube + apps. It is not practical to use it as a tablet as it is too big to hold. Laptop format is what I'll use it for. Screen and keyboard are fine. It is not as good as my work Macbook but we are taking of 70% saving! This is a very good buy.

Lots of bang for the buck. My 1st Chromebook and really wasnt looking for one but the deal of the day price vs full price for this 2n1 I couldnt pass it up. I wish there was a way to use more apps like windows versions but other than that if you are looking for a great deal for the specs for a touchscreen laptop and tablet this is a good one especially for the price

I needed a new Chromebook and despite this being one designed for gaming, I bought this one on sale. So far, it is really great! The display screen is magnificent! The speed and battery life are excellent. I like being able to use it as a laptop or a tablet. The touchscreen either way is very responsive. As of now, I am very pleased.

This thing is built very sturdily with quality components. No worries about hauling it around with you and damaging it. It has great battery life and it charges quickly. There are 2 things I dislike, however. First, it uses a proprietary charger which means if you take it out of the home to use it past it's battery life (about 10 hrs), you need to drag around the charging brick as well, and you can only charge it with an AC plug. I wish it had a type-c port for charging. The 2nd thing I dislike are the speakers. They are not great. You need to nearly turn the volume up all the way, or wear headphones or ear buds to get good sound - especially music. The screen could be a little brighter - but it's acceptable. Except for the speakers - I love it.

This laptop is better than my previously purchased, $800 Lenovo. I love the touchscreen feature and how quickly it loads. It is also very lightweight and has a crystal clear display!

I really like the Spin 514 Chromebook. It fits my needs perfectly. I am using this at home for surfing the web, looking at videos and movies, paying bills, and some minor writing and editing. It was extremely easy to set up. One does not need any special instructions. It is fast enough for me and I purchased it as the Deal of the Day which was a good price. I love the touchscreen and backlit keyboard. In fact, I recommend not buying a Chromebook that lacks a touchscreen and backlit keyboard. The Chromebook is silver with the keyboard having black keys which is perfect for visibility. Acer hit the ball out of the park on this one. I love it. You will not be disappointed with this purchase. My grandson and I are enjoying it. Thank you Best But and thank you Acer for a quality product.
