Works great and runs cool. No overheating issues no freezing or lockups ships with some apps from cyberlink and comes with norton but but can easily be uninstalled can upgrade another harddrive or ssd no soldered ram so can both be ungraded screen is decent and colorful than Asus ROG Zephyrus G which it replaced due to having heating issues and throttling from what i can tell it does have have the 4th gen aeroblade fan but the one i got only has it on the gpu side which makes sense since gpu mostly does the graphics when gaming so makes more heat works well and great purchase runs most games that iv tried on high and some medium settings still with good eye candy and perfomance at 60fps. needs killer internet drive update out of box which can be gotten from thier website otherwise will keep giving error and wont let you use the app to control it.

Been using this laptop for more than a year now and it has so far performed superbly even when setting the graphics quality of the games I play to the high/highest settings. The performance suffers a bit though when the laptop is running on batteries, so it's best to have it plugged in when playing games. The fans can also get quite noisy. Overall, a great gaming laptop.

Couldn't be happier with this computer. It's my first gaming laptop so I was a little leery of the performance capabilities but I was wrong to question it. Love the customization and ease of working on. Windows 10 is still a little buggy but that's not ACERs fault.

Great gaming laptop for a great price. Haven't had a single problem with any of the games I play. I multitask a lot as well and there is no slow down when switching between multiple tasks so far.

No issues with this laptop so far. Bought it to play Civ6 and Darkest Dungeon. Runs both of those without issue on high settings.

Great deal on a 16 gb of ram and core I7 processor

It is perfect for gaming the fan is kinda loud for gaming but the cooling is amazing and adding memory is easy and it has 2 nvme slots and an hdd drive bay.

While it was working it was an okay laptop. It's a gorgeous machine with some bugs... It freezes quite a bit and the sound went crazy on me so had to be rebooted. But today it won't turn on at all. It's fully charged but dead. After googling the problem I see many others with the same problem. Oh one other thing, even though I bought it two months ago, I just unpacked it a week ago. If I could return it, I would, but of course it's past the return date

used less than half year, the screen black already. Best Buy is good to get it serviced fast.
