Monitor is excellent vivid colors, fast performance, and sharp visuals. Originally I purchased a monitor from Acer Refurbished which seemed to be a great deal but when I received the monitor the whole left side of LCD panel was cracked. It was shipped via ground and had next to no packaging in the box it was shipped in which was also really beat up and partially open. I went to best buy told them what happened and they hooked me up with this monitor which is awesome! The refurbished monitor I got was from a 3rd party seller that best buy had no affiliation with which I didn't know at the time
