Pleased with this purchase. I think it was a good value for the price. I mainly use it for searching the internet, watching YouTube, paying bills, checking emails, and social media. Seems to hold a charge fairly long. Size is just right for me, and also seems to charge fairly quickly. I mainly use it in laptop position, but nice to have flexibility to use in tablet position when convenient. Overall..happy with this devise.

Other than the sound not being as loud, this is a great 2 n 1. I pair it with my portable speaker when needed. It's great for web browsing, email checking, zoom calls. I watch movies it often in tablet mode or rent mode. I like that it pairs with my phone so I can see my text come through to the laptop and I can respond from the laptop. (Messaging app has to be on both laptop and phone. The laptop asks you to sync over apps etc from your phone account at set up so that was cool) I have downloaded more apps and games already. I was able to get it price matched to walmart price so that was a bonus. It's perfect size fits into my 14 inch bag.

I purchased to use for my business. So far it works great. The battery life is excellent. However the only thing that the PC lacks is that you can not copy and paste certain images or wording from PDF files. But besides that it works great. It is pretty fast when navigating on web pages and or the PC itself. I definitely recommend this PC for anyone who is looking for a PC without all the in unnecessary softwares. It is definitely a change from a Windows based PC.

This does what it says. Was able to browse the internet quickly. Loaded some android apps as well that run great. Saving items is difficult as this doesn't work like a laptop and there really isn't any internal memory. Once I attached my google drive and set it up though it was easy from there. Just took some getting used to.

It has been just two and half months that I am using this and the USB port has already given up. The Chromebook is not accepting any mouse at all. I tried wireless mouse but it connects and the drops out after some time. It is not responding to the wired mouse at all. Nothing appears to be physically wrong but any external mouse just does not work. I tried USB 2.0 version and USB 3.0 version. Very unhappy with this because the Chromebook is brand new and should be under mfg. warranty, therefore will try and see if I can get this replaced.

I bought it for a brief time and returned it because I found another that I liked better. The screen was good and clear, the sound wasn't all that great, with speakers being on the bottom. Seemed good but not all that I was looking for.

Truly happy with the entire laptop it's smooth has speed I don't like the mousepad so I have a mouse which makes makes it perfect

I purchased a 2-in-1 for my business - designing t-shirts as well as uses for other projects. It performs as it is supposed to and I'm quite happy with it. My husband, who is an IT guru, picked this out for me.

This ACER chrome book is poor quality, slow, and flickers.

rugged chromebook great for school. My kid uses this more than her cell phone!

I am not that impressed with this Chromebook. It does not seem worthy of the price. It is not any faster than the one I replaced. Same features as the one I purchased 2 years earlier.

Great laptop, BUT updates from Google will stop in Sept 2021! See https://support.google.com/chrome/a/answer/6220366?hl=en Less than 2 years of useful life left now. I think most people expect their new laptops to last more than 2 years.
