Added more RAM and an M.2 SSD boot drive with the help of a YouTube video and ended up with a machine worth at least $300 more than what I actually paid for it. And there is still room and a good enough power supply to add a decent video card in the future if needed. Had to do a clean install of Windows for the new SSD because I couldn't migrate to the M.2 drive, but not a problem because I did it before I even started using the computer, so no data or apps to migrate from the HDD.
