when we purchased the unit and had the in store Geek Squad do the set up and info transfer from our Dell unit we were VERY satisfied (with all services received) and were using the Internet Explorer browser for all functions - HOWEVER - when we hooked up the newly purchased HP Officejet 4650 printer it would not print.and after numerous contact with GEEK Squad in various states they determined that the IE browser was defaulting and transferred to Firefox !!! - We want our system to be fully compatible with Int Explorer up to and including printing features ???
