The first time I bought this device, the battery couldn't hold any charge, so if it wasn't plugged in at all times, it wasn't going to work. I chalked it up a mistake because mistakes happen. I really needed a device for work, and I liked the aspects of the computer. However, this time around the computer won't even turn on, so I have no idea if Best Buy will even allow me to return this. I don't understand why they don't test and make sure their devices work before shipping them out to people. I just that's too much to ask for. I hope this saves someone the time and money and avoid the mistake of trusting these guys.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend
