This is a nice Chromebook and I like it. My previous was a first generation without Android. My problem is this was delivered with the wrong power adapter. Best Buy tried to resolve this by swapping with a universal one at no charge, but I see on screen notifications that I am using an underpowered charger (see below). Can you please have the proper charger sent to me?

I had one of the earlier Samsung Chromebooks and loved it, but when the battery died, after 3-4 yrs! I was advised to get a new laptop to replace it. My guru knows my use patterns which are really very simple (email and internet stuff primarily, using google, so he recommended the new Del XPS 13 convertible. After nearly a year of frustration I decided to go back to a chromebook. So after searching reviews and talkiing to friends, I decided on the new 15.6" Acer Chromebook. I waa worried about moving everything over from the Dell...no problem at all. I did it all by myself. I love the large screen, but most of all I love the larger keyboard. I no longer have to attach a keyboard that I'm comfortable with. It's just enough larger to make me happy compared with the smaller boards on most laptops. And the touchscreen is perfect. I've found I can take this when I travel for weeks at a time and it'll take care of all my needs and is compact enough for this activity. Fits in my luggage fine.

Other than a minor nic on the under side of the unit it looks new. Works great, much faster than a PC. Printing is tricky to set up if you don't have a compatible printer, I recommend checking your printer compatibility before buying. Can't go wrong for the price.

Overall great laptop, fast, good display and functionality, much better than Samsung, Lenovo and HP.

I needed a laptop for my wife and daughter and this was perfect. My only complaint is that the free security software was for Microsoft and this is a Google Chrome book.

I had a Macbook Pro before getting this computer, and I have to say that I am not missing this. Chrome OS's new linux compatibility let's me get everything I need for work and the Chrome OS is fast and speedy. The computer has a great touch screen and keyboard. I would recommend this computer for a mid range user who needs it for basic computing tasks in their day to day work.

This large, touch-screen laptop is a great buy for schoolwork, streaming, and moderate internet usage—for those who don’t mind living within the “Google universe.”

We bought a bunch of these for teacher devices. The faculty love that you can convert it to a tablet. The touchscreen is great. Device is very responsive. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great Google device.

This is a great Chromebook. It feels solid and has a great-looking display. Long battery life, and it does Android apps too.

This computer was refurbished and worked perfectly for eight months but stopped charging after that time. Luckily it is still under warrantee will update at later date
