  • Great but No CHARGER!!!

    I got this laptop and it is in great condition. HOWEVER, they did not include a charger with the laptop. I did not see anything in the listing that said it wouldn't come with a charger. The laptop arrived completely uncharged. Best Buy did not have a 45w USB-C QuickCharge 3 compatible charger on hand. I had to go to Walmart to find one. I can't imagine shipping a computer with no charger.

    Since ive gotten this REFURBISHED laptop ive gotten alot of the same work ive done on my other laptop done in half the time ... thanks best buy

    I had to return it two days after I got it because it did not work. Screen would go black every time I tried to use it. Plus I had to pay for the "free" bundle item that I didnt want in the first place because it was non returnable.
