Don't buy a PC before reading their policy

I had it 2 weeks and it went haywire. Called they geek squad help desk 3 times, they were helpless, Took it in the return it, and per their policy they don't scrub your info., until they get time. Never heard of such a thing. I have to trust them with my most personal info.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend
