When the monitors were mounted, they kept tilting downward and wouldn’t stay in place.

Missing parts

It came separate in general brown boxes which is fine. However, 3 major pieces were missing (instead received duplicates of the minor parts) and because there wasn't a merchant packaging with contact info, etc I was stuck with going the long route with BB.
