Very luxury design and quality. It is the best office chair I have ever used. When you see it, you can tell it is an expensive chair. Heavy and provides good support. I looked closely and carefully before making this purchase and this chair beat out a 2900 chair at Gabbert’s on sale for 1200. 2 best things, the head rest tips forward. Do many like the pricey above just go up and down. My favorite… the coat rack! No more rubbing over my coat arms with the chair wheels! Lumbar adjusts perfectly and easily moves and stays when adjusted.
