If this service is what I think it is then I have a lot of glowing remarks in behalf of Geek Squad performance. The GS installed a new TV and Router for me but several days after installation, when I tried to attach new devices to the router, I kept getting password error messages. GS quickly determined that we were attempting to use the wrong password, the result of a misunderstood communication on my part. Rather than quickly leaving my home they spent time optimizing another TV that I had purchased from Best Buy several years ago. Didn't take long for the agent to do this but it sure made a lot of difference in the picture quality of this older TV.

Cannot say enough good things about my install team. Professional and took all safety protocols for covid throughout the install process. Installed my giant TV, mount to wall, mesh network and hooked up all Sonos equipment to my network/TVs. Walked through everything installed and reviewed all my questions. Simply top notch - would give them more than 5 stars if I could!

Great customer service. The technician explained everything he was doing carefully, answered all my questions. He disconnected all of my old cable equipment and set up my new Roku and router and modem. He explained the whys and the whats of everything, so that even a non-tech person like me could understand! He was also very cognizant of the COVID-19 precautions.

Jeremy and Clinton was the best. They came and set of our tv, sound bar and video system. They were nice ,polite and knew what they were doing. It was nice to be able to sit back and let them do it all. No harsher with cables. We also go a Romba vacuum and they done it all. Love the Geek Squad.

The Geek Squad hooked up the TV including satellite monitor, our sound system, and our Blu-Ray player. Everything runs beautifully. They stayed until all was finished and left us feeling like it was finished correctly. They were professional, polite and careful with what they did.

I am extremely satisfied with the excellent t installation and support that i received from the geek squad. They did superb installation and also solved an unrelated wifi problem for me. They went the extra mile and went back to the store to get additional parts and worked late into a Friday night so I would have my TV working for the weekend.

When the salesman let me know installation would be 229.00 I went for it. I was very impressed with the installation and professionalism of the installers. They took their time and taught me how to use my system. Very happy and highly recommended.

Nick and Travis came to my house to set up a new tv and sound bar. While they were there, the fixed a problem with my home network. I appreciate their willingness to help me even though that was not why the originally came.

The technician who mounted the TV, installed the modem and connected the computer worked hard to get it all going. He was definitely helpful in explaining how the smart TV works and how we can cut cable and use new streaming packages.

I am very pleased with the help we received from Geek Squad. They were extremely diligent and double checked all their work before they left. They Made suggestions that were much less expensive than the independent contractor without comprising quality.

Always wonderful service technician, Justin. Explains everything being done, cleans up after. Then goes over how to work item being set up. Very PATIENT!!!!

Had the Geek Squad come out and put in a wireless network in also run some ethernet cables through the walls down certain components. Awesome job I buy their service plan on everything I buy

The Geek Squad members did not have to set up my home network .. I had already done so .. but they did connect my new TV to the network, with my input on the identity of the WiFi network and the appropriate passwords.

The Best Buy Geek Squad did a superb job with the network setup at my home and also made some recommendations like the 8 and 5 Port NETGEAR switches which are making a different in my home. Thanks.

My father had an outdated internet setup. The Geek Squad did a superb job installing a WiFi router and helping my father get his devices connected. They were kind, professional and patient. Great work Geek Squad!

Our experiences with Geek Squad have been first rate - fair price, on time, courteous, know what they are doing, and show the rest of us how to do better with technology. I think this service is a bargain.

They were courteous, competent and completed the job in a timely manner. They also provided an excellent overview of how the the TV and sounder work. They also set up the apps on the TV. Great work.

Due to a mess-up by my sales person, my network was set up before the Geek Squad arrived, so really did not have them do this service.

Hired the Geek squad to install a security system and audio system. The installer, Jason, did a great job of installing both systems and instructing me on how to use them.
