These guys knew what they were doing and didnt leave a mess. I'd do it again if I had to.

The agent installed (mounted) my television to the wall and my in-wall wire kit beautifully. The agent had to do a little modification cause the space between the walk and the beam was small for the bottom piece of the kit. But overall hw manage to get the unit in after already drilling the hole. The kit leaves a clean look between the television and table stand feee of wires. Alamo i want to point out that he was able to do it all by himself. I just helped carry the tv up the stairs and put the tv on the wall mount

The servive I received from the two Geek Squad technicians couldn't have been better! I had a new Yamaha receiver and Sonos Port installed to compliment the Sonance speakers and amp I had purchased 13 years ago. The Pioneer receiver I had finally quit. The techs were masked the whole time, wore plastic covers over their shoes. They stayed until every speaker worked, and every question of mine was answered. And I had a lot of them! Thanks!!

Scott and the other Geek Squad tech (I do not remember his name, sorry) were great. They were very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and installed the wire without any issues. They worked fast and efficiently. They cleaned up after themselves after their work and left the space as they originally found it. I was very pleased with my experience with Scott and highly recommend him for any tech-related work.

I had purchased a TV and had Geek Squad installed it. Later I decided to purchase earphones and wanted them to come back to remove the TV and wall wire the new phones. The sales manager at the Naples Best Buy was rude and curt and told me it would be $300. I said that was ridiculous but what could I do. When the Geek Squad guy got here he said this is ridiculous too and processed a $175 credit for me. Geek Squad has my loyalty. Best Buy not so much.

Technicians called to let me know what time arrival and was on time. Very professional, cleaned dress with best buy logo, introduced themselves. Advised me on what was on the work order and if nothing has changed. Kept me informed of the project and if their were any issues. Cleaned up their mess and explain how everything work. Great job will use again.

We had existing speakers and wanted to keep what was already installed. Working with our electrician, the Geek Squad were able to integrate the new Sonos system with existing components and speakers. All is working well, and if we have issues, the Geek Squad will be available to talk us through it. Can't ask for more than that!

Installing the exterior speakers w new cable runs was done quickly & efficiently

The 3 man crew that showed up was outstanding. The lead person was Jacob and he and his guys did excellent work. Best Buy charges some of the highest prices i found for their work but the guys they sent out were excellent and i was very pleased with the result.

the guys were very friendly and they did the install quickly. One of the guys seemed more proficient than the other one. My problem is they didn't explain how to use my tv and one of them bent my hdmi cord, which I had to replace the next day. Still having trouble using my tv.

The agents connected my roof antenna to my tvs. They worked quietly and efficiently, cleaned up after themselves, explained what I would need to do to get the best results, and even neatened up the wires behind my entertainment cabinet!

The Geek Squad came out to hard-wire a couple of rooms for us. The team was excellent. Very professional and fast.

The Geek Squad handled all the wiring beautifully. Not only they connected the wiring to our new TV, they had to navigate the intricacies of our townhome to get the wiring to our TV without being evasive (visibly). We are pleased with their work.

I can’t say enough good things about the geek squad work. They installed 5 speakers in the wall and ceiling, plus a subwoofer, ran all the wires and cables in the wall from another room to the speakers and tv, set up a universal remote with ir to uv converter, did all the adjustments to make it all work and sound really great. It was a great process from the sales stage, to the site survey, to the actual installation, the whole thing. They followed up as well, asking how things were working. I would definitely go back to Best Buy and use the geek squad in the future for installation work. This kind of work and personal attention is why I continue going to Best Buy instead of on line sellers.

Agent attempted to install OTA to all our TVs using the existing old cable lines in a cord cutting operations. He had only ONE failure and I consider that a great job for what the mess all those old cables were in.

Gerald Bowling worked professionally, diligently and tirelessly to reinstall my home theater system after a room remodel. He hooked up everything perfectly and took ample time to explain all the operations of the systems, controls, and remotes. I had only been able to use the TV for a month before the remodel began. The remodel of the room took longer than anticipated to complete due to the Coronavirus pandemic. Gerald did not leave until he felt I was comfortable once again in operating the system. Gerald was extremely professional, well versed in electronics, patient and an excellent instructor. He followed all CDC guidelines and it was a true pleasure to have him work in my home. He even left his card with me in case I experienced any problems or had any questions. To this point I've had none. Thanks Gerry!

The custom wire run went well. All the wires run in sight to the viewable eye are very neat and organized. I had HDMI cables and optical cables run from my projector to another wall and everything is efficient. All the cables for my speakers are hidden in the carpet as well.

The team mounted my TV over the Fireplace and then ran the wires through the walls to my devices. The team also identified that a Coax Cable had been incorrectly connected to the TV through the wall and connected it correctly.

Great guys with lots of advice and don’t leave till they’re sure everything is working right.
