Gerald Bowling worked professionally, diligently and tirelessly to reinstall my home theater system after a room remodel. He hooked up everything perfectly and took ample time to explain all the operations of the systems, controls, and remotes. I had only been able to use the TV for a month before the remodel began. The remodel of the room took longer than anticipated to complete due to the Coronavirus pandemic. Gerald did not leave until he felt I was comfortable once again in operating the system. Gerald was extremely professional, well versed in electronics, patient and an excellent instructor. He followed all CDC guidelines and it was a true pleasure to have him work in my home. He even left his card with me in case I experienced any problems or had any questions. To this point I've had none. Thanks Gerry!

The work was done in an extremely professional fashion. He installed a new Ethernet port in my Study directly from the fiberoptic access box outside so that my modem could be relocated from the Kitchen to the Study. Then he ran an Ethernet line from the Study across the basement to the wall behind the TV in the Great Room. He used the existing wire route that the builders had made for coax. So, drilling required. You'd never know that the house didn't come with these access points. Everything was done so neatlly that there was no need to clean-up. He even tie wrapped all of the extra cords behind the TV. Couldn't be happier! My Total Tech Support Contract has been well worth the annual cost. On this installation alone I saved over $300.

I rarely leave reviews. However, I feel compelled to when I experience exemplary customer service. From the initial phone call to the service/installation in-house, Chris exuded a high level of professionalism; He was very knowledgeable, personable, and efficient. He felt like a friend! This was my first experience with Geek Squad. Moving forward, I am confident I will only use Best Buy for any and all my electronic needs. Thanks so much and Thank you Chris! You're the best!

The agents ran the wire behind the wall utilizing a design setup by another agent two years earlier. Two other teams came out and were afraid to remove the existing wires so that a new updated cable could be installed. Steve Jones was the absolute best!!! He and his partner, Leonard worked efficiently and in no time completed the job. Also if it weren’t for Chris Radi, sales consultant, I don’t believe my issue would have gotten resolved. I spoke with him directly at the store and he made the arrangements to send the best team to my home. Great service by all involved.

The tech Justin has helped with other in home tech issues and he is just fabulous! I especially appreciate his thoroughness and clear explanations of problem and solution. I was going to cancel my service plan because the phone operators who book the appointment are not helpful at all but will now keep it.

Great service set up by the Best Buy crew, very professional.

We built our house. They first came in to wire speakers for the outside and dinning room during the framing stage. They made great suggestions with the speakers we chose to ensure we were happy with the layout. The same crew came back after most of the finishes were done on the house. They were professional from start to finish. Easily integrated the new entertainment system with our iPhones/iPads. Great service and install. Everything was clean and no damage done to any of the new walls or floors.

Chris and Brice did a great job preparing for my smart tv install. My new construction had Ethernet (cat6) running to each room, but the lines were not terminated (ie did not have their plastic plug end or ports). They patiently identified which of the several wires ran to the room where the TV was to be installed! They next ensured the wires between modem and WiFi and switch (multiple ports) was in proper order.

Eric is a very knowledgable technician. Not only did he and assistant Gerald complete the wire run through my ceiling and down a wall efficiently, he streamlined the connection by removing earlier unnecessary wiring. Moreover, he quickly fixed my second turntable that previous technicians could not do in two visits. Thank you so much for sending Eric to fix my home theater. Please send him for all my future technical needs.

I needed a Ring bell/camera installed as well as some cable work to improve my modem speed, and they were amazing. Evan came out, assessed the problem, organized the team, and came back to do the work on time and quickly! The BEST customer service. He trained me on how to use the Ring app, how to change the battery, etc. and set me up confidently to get the most out of the purchase. My modem is super fast now, and I know I can call with any questions. LOVE the Geek Squad!

They called on their way and raised some concerns with the service. They didn’t want me to be disappointed if they couldn’t do the work. I had been having the same concerns the last two days but the call gave me a chance to check a few things Before they got here. They arrived, were polite, knowledgeable, and took the established safety precautions seriously. They were able to hook into our old home speaker system and delivered the service beyond our expectations. Even in the extreme heat outside and in our attic.

The agents hooked up my new receiver and Dolby Atmos speakers with excellence. My home theater setup is 100%!! And, all I see is floor behind my components because they did a masterful job of organizing my sea of wires, cords and plugs. My next upgrade will absolutely include Best Buy and the Geek SQUAD!

The agent installed (mounted) my television to the wall and my in-wall wire kit beautifully. The agent had to do a little modification cause the space between the walk and the beam was small for the bottom piece of the kit. But overall hw manage to get the unit in after already drilling the hole. The kit leaves a clean look between the television and table stand feee of wires. Alamo i want to point out that he was able to do it all by himself. I just helped carry the tv up the stairs and put the tv on the wall mount

The servive I received from the two Geek Squad technicians couldn't have been better! I had a new Yamaha receiver and Sonos Port installed to compliment the Sonance speakers and amp I had purchased 13 years ago. The Pioneer receiver I had finally quit. The techs were masked the whole time, wore plastic covers over their shoes. They stayed until every speaker worked, and every question of mine was answered. And I had a lot of them! Thanks!!

The installer was excellent, fair, informed and considerate. Good common sense. The purchase process was not as good. Too pricy even with the total tech membership and the invoice is too complicated with items listed that are not purchased to make a specific price point. Very frustrating and confusing to a customer and spoils the customer experience with the great work of the installers.

Geek Squad hid hdmi behind wall and hid all components in our cabinet. Plus the "Geeks" were personable and kept our interests in mind. Boy is my wife happy!

Our Geek Squad 'double agent' Lisa Starr Chatfield, was awesome. She was very experienced, well prepared and careful in her work both in our attic and bathroom closet, which we really appreciated.
