Justin, our agent was able to transfer all data on our desk top computer to our new Dell desktop. We were thankful to have all of our data on our new Dell desktop.

Lance installed our computer, purchased on 3/16/20, on 6/18/20 due to Corona Virus. He did a great job and was very helpful in explaining things to two not very computer literate people!

Still struggling......can't find Word in transferred information and Excel files are a mess and hard to find. Navigation of system installed is difficult. Some Excel files after updated are filed under a different system than Excel. Never had this problem before.

Tommy and Jovan were great in helping me pick out all my products and installation problems had a great experience they were super guys for service.
