    The Geek Squad member, transferred what he though was enough, looking back at my experience, it was not very informative, I think that if you pay to have your old computer programs and files, it should have all been done not pick what he thought was necessary, and kept mentioning about the time to do so, that is why I paid for that service. Plus: contract on computer should be from the time it was put in service not the date of purchase,in my case one week later from date of purchase.
