I've been a paying customer of Geek Squad Total Tech support since 12/19/18. "Add-on e-mail setup" was necessary because earlier that month I stupidly gave remote access to your tech support person at a call center in India, " Pendra K" proceeded to DELETE my entire email account (which I'd had for years), address and 700+ messages right in front of my eyes. I have never been able to recover that email account. So another Geek Squad member "technician" came, put some "free" email pgm on my computer which was below standard, that added 7,650 new messages instantly! Many phone calls subsequently have provided no positive results. Two phone calls to corporate today were ultimately transferred to a call center in Panama and India. I don't know what more I can do. I just want the services I've been paying for.

Long wait when calling for Service. No walk-in without appointment. Difficult to get 24/7 technical assistance.

Geek Squad did not fix my iPhone. I ended up paying to have him come to my house too. Still did not work next day. Showed my grandson and HE fixed it!!

I called to make an appointment & it took over an hour. Why? I feel it should take 15 minutes to make an appointment. Am I being punished for not using your online site?

Totally worthless. I want my $250 back. I had to call an independent guy to fix the Geek Squad's crappy job.

Barinia Williams came to our home and set up our Microsoft 365 on my wife’s MacBook Pro. We are usually pretty good with tech issues. This, however, got very complicated for several reasons. Barinia had worked us through more complicated issues before. She installed the software and made sure all the files accompanied the transfer. She explained all that was going on in the process. We could not be happier with the quality of your Geek Squad techs!

The Geek Squad technician (Robert Marmo) came to our house and helped us restore our email and corrected other computer issues that we'd been having considerable trouble with. He was very thorough, patient, knowledgeable, and efficient in all he did for us. He answered several questions and had clear explanations. Every time we've enlisted any help from the Geek Squad, we've been totally pleased and satisfied, and we highly recommend them.

Caleb helped me get my new computer up and running. He helped me better understand the Outlook for my e-mails. He helped me with finding files on the one drive, creating group lists, fixing a problem with the new mouse, and other issues that I was having. When my old contact groups were not transferred to the new computer, he showed me how to recreate the group lists.

Gary, the agent, as usual did a super job getting the new computer set up and explained things to us. The new computer has been working fine and we can't say enough good things about Gary. He's an asset to Best Buy and we always appreciate his good service.

The agent set up my new laptop. His service was excellent as always. We spent over four hours on line with the remote servicing unit and the experience was terrible Shawn got us up and running; if all of the service you provide was a good as Shawn's you would have no complaints.

my agent went over and above by adding my cell phone photos to my desktop computer where i can see them more readily. HE SUGGESTED THIS and it is working out great!
