Each time I have in home tech it is Great. Using phone support has gone down due to # 1 all I get is " I cannot fix your problem " # 2 Outsourced !!!!! Needs to go !!!!

Technician transferred contents of old laptop to the new laptop, made sure my email was working correctly on the new laptop. He did an excellent job.
