I had a faster modem installed due to the old one from my cable provider wasn't fast at all. After the geek squad made the installation, it was immediately faster than the previous one.

We liked his expertise and good manners. The product is probably to far advanced and it needs to find the higher number channels easier.

While fixing a problem with our Harmony Universal Remote, the Geek Squad guy showed us a great deal on another one that was on sale for our other TV. Love both of them.

Second time I've used the Geek Squad. We have a fairly complex A/V set up controlled with a Harmony One. Much too complicated a set up for the average consumer. Expensive but worth every penny.

The Grandkids made some alterations to the settings on our tv. The agent made the necessary corrections and explained how to use it.

The Geek Squad arrived at the time scheduled. They were very professional and knowledgeable about installing and setting up the TV Remote (Logitech Harmony 700.
