The Tech who came out and programmed our new universal remote control was great! She called ahead of time and arrived when she said she would. She was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. Out remote was programmed to handle all of the components that we use and she walked through using the remote to make sure we knew exactly how to use it.

We are still waiting for a special part to finish hooking up one of our TV Remote control split wires. So they can finish setting up one of our TV's & NETFLIX & Apple. But these guys (Geek Squad) Are the best. Is the fault of the company that set up our internet.

The agents that programed our Logitech Harmony 665 were well prepared experts. They actually completed the task in 12 minutes!

The Geek Squad did a fabulous job of unhooking our T.V. s before we moved and then coming back to hook up all 5 T.V. s back up....and setting up this new remote to control our theatre room./ sync with Comcast etc......It works great and we are very happy with everything...Would use again.

Richard is superb at any project, both electronically and anything else. The problem with Best Buy in general is difficulty reaching local store (never answer phone) and online/app scheduling never works for me. Very frustrating...but, when can get service scheduled, hip hip hooray!

OMG, our two guys where absolutely awesome! Brodie make all of our devices work perfectly. We had 5 remotes and now we have one! Just push what you want and presto you got it, and the price was right. I would recommend the remote and the service 100%.

The remote is mostly easy to use. Having issues with getting Netflix to work with that remote, have to reset with the original Sony remote. I'm not sure if I'm not using it correctly, or if it has a mind of its own, but sometimes have difficulty switching from watching TV to getting to the apps.

Assisted and set up our home entertainment system so we could understand it and use with ease. Huge for us since we are older

Excellent start to finish. The Geek Squad tech was super knowledgable, good communicator, friendly and got the job done in no time. He also made sure that we ran through all the functions ourselves before he left. Good experience.

I have an appointment on 12/31/19 for tech support to install downloads and configure the new iPad for my sister before I send it to her (it is a gift). She is 60 and has never had a computer. So, I am counting on Geek Squad to set things up as user friendly as possible.

Agent set up my Harmony Universal Remote . I was tired of fumbling through 4 or 5 remotes for my different electronic appliances. Very professional and now have everything sep up run with my one Harmony Elite Remote. Very pleased how it worked out

When I made the appoint tment, it was on line. I tried to explain that I did not have a Harmony remote. After several conversations, I was advised to buy a different remote which I did. They came to set it up and left without a demostration about how the remote worked. The remote was very exoensive but it did not control our set up. Frankly I was dissapointed because Best Buy has always delivered for us in the past.

Had a great experience with the installation of a new TV and receiver, as well as remote programming. This is the second time we've had Geek Squad install for us. And even had Marcus both times! He is absolutely wonderful! He even remembered the installation from 7 years ago!

The agents arrived on time and connected my new stereo receiver to my tv, DVD player and satellite box. They did have a problem programming my remote controller to work with everything. My SAT box powers up intermittently, but everything else works fine.

Changed from MX3000 to Harmony remote. Geek Squad installed. No problems. Made it easy to watch TV with all streaming items.

We love our “Geekers “ they are sooo great ! Right now I can’t remember his name however, he has been here multiple times and is always great informative and talk to us on the level we understand as we are seniors. Lol

Two men were quick with the installation of 2 TVs. Some difficulty getting the one SMART TV to stream HULU but the Tech stuck with it for almost 30 minutes and got it to work. They didn't leave until I was confident I knew how to access the channels I wanted with the universal remote.

Great guys who explained everything and even got all the HD channels listed on the touch screen and programmed the lights to the remote to dim or one button turn off. No more pointing controls around coffee tables and ottomans so easy one button turns it all on!
