I recently bought a Logitech universal remote. The Geek squad set up it. They explained what they were doing and how, in way I could understand. They used my own laptop so it could be modified in the future as needed. And it worked perfectly! Starts four devices at once with one button. What a lifesaver.

The gentleman reset my Logitech remote and was friendly and didn’t make me feel stupid. It was a service. Not a tangible product. It took a long time to get them on the phone.

I would never have been able to set this new remote control devise on my own. However, Geek Squad actually got it all programmed for me fairly quickly. I now have one remote devise to operate my TV and soundbar in place of 3 devises. Love it!

Sam from the Geek Squad in Altamonte Springs, FL was very knowledgeable and thoroughly explained how to use our Harmony 650 Universal remote control device. The remote controls all our devices, such as the TV, amplifier, and the cable box. Sure beats 4 different remotes that we had to use before.

The agents were very competent at reprogramming my Logitech Harmony One remote to accommodate new components in my home theater system.

The original window of arrival by the Geek Squad was from 12:00 to 8:00. On the day of the appointment, the Geek Squad contacted me twice to update the approximate time they would arrive. On arrival, the two techs removed their footwear when they entered the house. The techs went right to work on programming a Harmony Remote I purchased and within a short period of time the programming was complete. I checked out the various programming applications and the techs asked if I had any questions as I proceeded in testing the remote. I was completely satisfied in how the remote worked. The techs were very professional in completing their work. I would highly recommend the Geek Squad for any installation that is needed.

Ordered a new Harmony and paid for installation. Apparently it was defective, sent back, go another new one then installation. Every body was great but getting it done seemed to take forever. It’s working great!

It's a wonderful thing to be able to control all our tv electronics in one remote. We went from 3 to one. Love the way the remote vibrates when we change the channels so you know you have touched a number.

The lads did a thorough and professional job of making all of the equipment play nicely together. As it happened, I had not achieved enough communication in the store to buy the correct AVR for my application(s) and they took care of the swap and paperwork. I think this effort was well worth the cost.

Technian Mathew Meza did a great job getting my Harmony remote working with my home surround sound. Great guy. Very professional. I will always request for Mathew to solve any of my technical problems.

Geek squad was on time, setup our Logitech controller and answered our questions. He even checked our surround sound system when asked and made adjustments to it for us! We are in our 70’s and he was knowledgeable, helpful and polite.

The installers programmed the remote perfectly and it worked 1st time.

The geek squad team that turned up to do the remote control programming was nothing short of amazing... and a lot of fun too! They were able to configure an unusual combination of equipment and applications requirements on a Harmony 1100 that had sat unused for several years... and make it all work!

Not only did they program the remote, but had the patience to explain the different functions of the buttons etc. also recommended getting the hub for the remote as well. After explaining it to me I bought it that day!

I could never have done this installation on my own. Whilst there was a slight problem the first time - NOT their fault - they were back the next day to fix it, at no extra charge to us. We are both delighted with the end result, and found the charge for their time and expertise to be reasonable.

My Geek Squad agent, Josh did a great job programming my new Harmony Elite remote and gave me thorough directions on how to use it and make adjustments in the future. Wanted the Geek Squad to set it up so it was correct from the start.

I am a mess when it comes to remotes for my tv, dvd, and surround sound system. This device has made it super simple and actually asks me questions if it has fixed my messing with it until it actually has, lol. I have no idea how that works but it does.
