Techs did a Great job in installing and programming my remote. Spent as much time as needed in directing me as to best means to operate remote

The installer arrived on time. He was very thorough, helping us to choose the settings and the equipment we would want to control. When he finished (it took about an hour) we knew exactly how to use the remote. That was weeks ago and we have not had any questions or problems.

The agents added our ROKU to our Logitech remote. We couldn't utilize this remote without the Geek Squad. Technology challenged? Call the Geek Sqad.

The Geek Squad tech not only set up my new tv, but also programmed my Logitech Universal Remote. And had everything operational. If I had tried to do it myself, it would have taken hours, he took one! I will definitely use Geek Squad again.

I purchased the Logitech Harmony Remote and had the Geek squad come and program it. It’s been great! We don’t need several remotes to operate the TV, DVD and cable box. We can do everything with the ease of one controller.

The Geek Squad did a great job programming my new universal remote for my new home theater system. There's no way I could have done it myself. They programmed the remote so that it was very intuitive and easy to use.

This remote is more complicated than my old harmony remote. Still have to use Dish remote for some things. It is getting easier to use with time. Hope I will eventually be able to just use the Harmony instead of switching

I don't know a lot about computers, so I was very relieved when the Geek Squad guys suggested getting this remote and then did all the work of setting it up. They were able to figure out ways to combine several steps into one so, for example, the TV, cable box and sound came on with the touch of one button! It still seems like a bit of a miracle after having to juggle several different remotes that controlled each device before. Plus, they were able to figure out how to add other things to the controller that didn't fall into the Watch TV, Watch a Movie or Listen to Music categories. I got the feeling that they enjoyed the challenge of putting the various steps together without leaving a piece of electronics behind! When they finished, they patiently showed me how to use my new remote and waited until they saw that I understood how to turn on each combination of components, which took quite a while. Thank you Geek Squad!

Geek Squad member programmed Harmony remote control . Went thru all steps to program Harmony remote control with new channels. Also did all upgrades for the LG 65” smart tv.

We had 3 remotes that had to be programmed - Logitech Harmony 665. The whole process went very well, done quickly and efficiently. The GeekSquad Agent then explained everything and we have had no problems with any of them.

This would be frustrating if it wasn’t explained to me in depth by Dwane geek squad. Since no instructions come with it they claim it so easy. Dwane spent the time explaining all features now makes it easy.

The Best Buy Geek Squad is the best! I would not be watching TV without them. They knew exactly what was wrong and fixed the issue. They were very professional and courteous As well.
