Harmony upgrades to a T in making my remote compatible with complex upgrades to my home theater system.

This remote is pricy but it makes life easier when I'm not constantly searching for the many other remotes that are for the assortments of devices that I have for my tv. It takes time to learn but that comes with use. I asked for the best and I got it.

This remote is easy to install and easier to use. No longer need separate remotes for dish, Blu-ray, soundbar and tv. very nice and not terribly expensive. I had the geek squad program it, but I really would not have to have it done by them.

Your agent was very knowledgeable and helpful. Did all the programming needed with no problems. He was very pleasant and friendly.

Trouble shooting was not successful even though the tech was very knowledgeable about the remote. I purchased the Hamony 665 to replace the Harmony Elite.

We had a home theater remote that needed reprogramming due to s switch in television service providers and equipment. The techs were friendly, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure we had it working properly

I purchased the Harmony remote control as a replacement for SN older Harmony remote. A Geek Squad agent programmed the new remote.As a whole the programming is ok but at times I have problems with devices not powering up as they should.I have to continuously hold the watch tv button for the home theater unit to come on with sound.If the button is not held there will be picture with no sound.I questioned this and was told to keep the remote pointed at the system.That made no sense as the unit was on.I have you turn it off and restart to get sound. I'm not too happy about this as it was working as it should before the new remote was programmed. There was no fix recommended for this issue.

Tv, surround sound, wii, Xbox, firestick, Apple TV, PlayStation, etc. Just push the button, selecting what you want to do, the device does all the rest.

Aaron came out picked up that harmony and tuned it like a fiddle. Complex home theater with projector in one room and rack two rooms away. He walked the room to make sure it worked everywhere and had me use it several time to confirm it works.

Expert installation and user instructions. Consolidation and organization of all cables as well. Tested all functions before leaving.

My Geek Squad consultant, Dan, carried out a very impressive visit. He studied the reported problem including some brief questions. He patiently set up and ran some diagnostic activities. He gave me clear instructions regarding necessary next steps. Late the next week he phoned, gave some instructions and solved the problem II have worked with this Squad for many years. After teen party, not only did Geek Squad reprogram my remote back to normal, they tried to enhance all the options. Though unsuccessful, they did not have to try to do this. Offered a refresher tutelage while there. Happy customer, happier wife!

Matt and Cory were great. They installed the new remote to work with my tv and thoroughly explained the operation and use before they left. Couldn’t have asked for any more. Thanks to both of them.

The Geek Squad successfully programmed my Harmony remote so I was able to eliminate four other remotes. It wasn't completely straight forward but the figured it out and I have had no problems. The brief tutorial on using it was appreciated and adequate.
