The Geek Squad was knowledgeable and were able to solve several problems that resulted from changing service providers. They provided a cell phone number for follow up if necessary. They could not have been nicer.

We had the system installed 12/29. What followed was 3 or 4 tech service calls and each time the person left, I knew the system still was not working correctly. On the final appointment, Mitchell came out. After his assessment, it did not take anytime for him to determine the Bose soundboard had never been set up and calibrated!! He connected/calibrated and all worked as it should! Mitchell is knowledgeable, professional and patient teacher! Will request him on future appointments.

Perfectly installed (mounted) our tv and sound bar and did an excellent job of explaining the about our wireless remote, he was very knowledgeable and gave us some good tips and advice.

They arrived promptly on time and figured out the problem in no about 5 minutes. Fixed the problem and departed 15 minutes later. Very professional.

The agent came to my house and checked out my remote and got it working again this remote was programed by Geek Squad so it would turn on TV and DVR, the DVD, the VCR and DVD player and I can hook up my mini DVD camera to watch the DVD in it this is especially nice as my wife has maculate degeneration of her eyes. The geek squard always does a great job for me

Almost without exception, over all the years that the Geek Squad has been a part of Best Buy, I've had unparalleled good experiences. Those who know how obsessive I can be would understand that that's really high praise! As an aside, Best Buy has been my favorite "toy store for big boys" since they were one store (Sound of Music) in Minneapolis, MN. My go-to guy there just happened to be the man who grew the company into Best Buy - former CEO Richard Schulze.
