Can't program myself; however the Geek Squad was professional, quick and thorough to our needs. We wanted our sound system choices included in our handheld. Love it!

Very easy setup to program all remotes into one function keys are readable just in all around good product. The geek squad guy did in outstanding job rewriting my system.

Had Best Buy install universal remotes, and I can't say enough about their professionalism and talent. Lead technician left us with his cell number for any questions after. And he truly was able to talk us through any issues over the phone, and they were all due to user error- not product malfunction. We had been using a private company that the previous home owners used. They charged us a fortune and were inconsistent, made lots of mistakes, and didn't seem like they wanted to be bothered. I hesitated to call Best Buy for install as they had had little experience with Apple products in the distant past. Happily that has changed. Will ALWAYS use Best Buy from now on- they are great- went above and beyond!

From request to finish the agents were excellent. They mounted the TV and programmed the remote with instructions on how to use it. Great Job...

The young lady came on time and in a short time of about 30 minutes got all my electronic equipment working perfectly. I have had no further problem since.
