The agent installed my home theater system along with programming my Logitech remote. He made himself available on his cell phone if I had any issues which came in handy.

Faced with combining my old tech devices with my new technology, then incorporating everything to communicate with a home theater set up was a no brainer! Jason the GS Tech did a fantastic job. Thorough, took his time to get it right, went through everything to set up, troubleshoot, answer and explain my questions and concerns to match my objectives resulted in a professional job. The Geek Squad Tech that came out to program my Harmony had it totally done in less than an hour. I had nine devices that had to be configured into 5 program schemes. They all work. Great job!

Can’t really rate them…on July 8 I scheduled this service for July 28. On afternoon of July 27 got a text telling me it was time to schedule the service. I had to go online and find out that “due to unforeseen circumstances” my appointment the next day was cancelled and I had to re-schedule it. Their next available time that was 3 weeks later…I’m hoping they will actually come out and do the job I paid them to do six weeks earlier

Can't program myself; however the Geek Squad was professional, quick and thorough to our needs. We wanted our sound system choices included in our handheld. Love it!

I have had my membership with the Geek Squad for several years now. Have had to use them on occasion and have always been treated with courtesy and professionalism. Since I just bought an entire new TV and Bluray system I decided to hire them to setup and install it all. They spent over an hour with me setting it all up and explaining how to work it all. I also have a Harmony One master control and they set it all up for me. I am not a 'techie' so I never knew how to utilize the full capabilities of it. They set it up for me so it now controls everything and I never have to have more than one controller now. It does things that I never knew it could do. Way to go Geek guys!!!

Very easy setup to program all remotes into one function keys are readable just in all around good product. The geek squad guy did in outstanding job rewriting my system.

The guys did a great job it’s the new LG 77” is smarter than the old Harmony I’ve got and a nice Yamaha receiver that needs a up date but it never stops with theater there’s always a new mouse trap
