The installer was very nice and polite. Had a lot of patience. He came when he said he would and before suggesting this remote tried to get ours from Direct TV to work on all the components.

If zero stars were offered, that is how I would have rated the service. Aside from a pleasant experience scheduling the service, everything went downhill from there. The tech called the night before arriving to inform me that if a computer were required to set up programming, it would have to be my computer, as his was locked down. When he showed up, he entered with snow-covered boots and tracked melting snow all over my just-finished hardwood floors. The entire service was looking at my Logitech remote, attempting a soft reset, and declaring it needed replacement. The technician did not try any of the suggested fixes listed on Logitech's website at a minimum. Totally wasted my money that I would have instead spent on a product from your company, versus a totally inferior service.

The Geek Squad took just a matter of minutes reprogramming my Harmony remote necessitated by a switch in TV service providers. It works exactly as when originally installed.
