It was worth every penny to have Geek Squad come reprogram our Logitech remote. Now we can control our Apple TV on the same remote as everything else. Thank you Geek Squad!!!!

Scott and his assistant did an excellent job completing the change of my Universal remote from Directv to Dish.

When the 2 agents came they were well organized with one assembling the new “stand” for the older tv while the other one worked unboxing the new one one and prepared it to mount. I had thought it would take about an hour and they were done in about 30 minutes. Everything was picked up and taken with them. They were very receptive to my questions and gave me a overview of the features of the new tv. I will request them the next time I need a Geek Squad.

I love this remote because we can set up our activities, press one button and all devices come on that are suppose to. No more figuring out which remote goes with which device.

I'm hoping this is an anomaly, but this thing is eating batteries, as in two a week. Taking it back today as the Geek Squad has not called me back after calling them twice (NOT GOOD).

Has it all. Monitor steps, mileage, calories, etc., as well as heart rate, phone calls, emails. Haven't used golf course function yet. Very pleased with overall performance.
