The agent Programed my Logitech remote control and then showed me how to use it.

This universal remote has helped with the confusion between my wife and I about who controls the remotes. I use the universal and she uses the orriginals.

Programming was easy but use has some unique procedures. After I turn on syaytem, if I want to change channel, I have to enter digital channel. I can't use the ChAnne switch.

My Harmony Remote needed reprogramming. My Geek Rep Shaun was very knowlegeable and patient. He not only reprrammed the remote, he also made it easier to use.

The agent came out to reprogram my Harmony Remote since I changed cable companies.

The agents did install the TV. The salesperson did not ask if we had a surround system which we did so the delivery people could not program TV to Harmony sound system. We had to wait for geek squad to come program TV and was a additional charge to do so. For the high price of the delivery and the installation of the TV it was not professional to charge the additional fee. The salesperson should of told us this at time of sale. From purchase of TV to complete installation was over three weeks.

Geek squad did a great job programming my remote and correcting some errors so it controls all my entertainment system.

The Geek Team set up my new universal remote control. It now works for DirecTV, Denon surround sound receiver, the BlueRay disc, and HEOS Music server. Works great!!
