The technician did a great job of diagnosing our problem and then adjusting our Harmony remote so that changing from TV to Movie to Netflix is quick and easy.

I programmed many features of the remote, but asked Geek Squad to come out to check my attempt and, more importantly, show me how to use all the features. They came and did just that. The info in the Harmony documentation is sketchy at best. The main feature of this was training. All activities I desired were programmed into the device. They showed me some short cuts and simplified the steps to start and end my activities. “Good job” to these guys.

I really find that programming the universal remote to accommodate the features of the TV, sound bar and DVR to be extremely helpful and a time saver.

I love it.. when wrong buttons are selected it will correct itself when you ask for help,. The best thing I have ever bought.!!!!!

Technical came to house to program universal at New address. Technician called and asked to come earlier. That worked at great.
