It has improved our TV experience - sound very clear now. They also programmed our remote controls so it is very easy to use the whole system

lots of small buttons(I need a light on to press some desired selections) competing remotes are the same. I am convinced this is the best one.

The Harmony One allows me to control our TV, receiver, and DVD player using only the one remote. I hated seeing each separate remote cluttering up the room.

Very pleased with the guys that came out. It's been a good experience all the way around. One exception is the phone service to talk with someone. Very difficult to communicate with that automated service BAD BAD BAD on the phone deal. As far as the remote love it still learning my way around with what buttons do what such as fast forward and such. I'm working with You Tube Tv and trying navigate through their system. One Remote for all is very nice!!

The Geek Squad agent Camron did an outstanding job of customer service. He not only diagnosed the problem I was hoping to get resolved on my old laptop, but he stepped right in and was very helpful in my purchase of a new laptop (Lenovo Yoga 9i). He then demonstrated excellent teamwork with Geek Squad Agent Alec, who transferred a significant amount of data from my old laptop to the newly purchased one.

I have wired up many a system over the decades. Glad to let someone accomplish it in a few minutes instead of trial & error.

Good remote. Works well thru my wood cabinet doors. It is very touch sensitive till you get t used to it! Would recommend this to my friends.

The follow-up agent that completed the install of our new all in one PC was excellent!!! Even spotted the battery issue with my lap top sitting at a different desk. (It is now in the Geek Squad "shop" to install new battery.) Overall, the Manager in charge of the Gilbert store Geek Squad went out of his way to find a free tech to fix the installation issues, and deserves a very LARGE pat on the back! Wayne Boettger

I cannot say enough good things about the Best Buy (Geek Squad) Service folks who installed my TV, sound bar and Harmony remote. As great as the physical installation went, probably the best part was their work programming my remote. I am confident this is something I could have figured out myself, but they did a great job getting it set-up perfectly for me quickly and doing so the first time. We had a brief discussion about what I had purchased and why and they took that information into account when programming my remote. Definitely worth the money.
