The Geeks were there to set up our new TV with this control which included all the components attached to the TV. It works great and we're very happy with it.

This is the best universal remote. It is a little tricky to set up but once its done the beauty of having a universal remote for my home theater is great!

Some of us need help to set up the new technology that is available such as the new Harmony Remote I purchased. The gentlemen from the Geek Squad who came to set the programming of my remote were very responsive and quickly had me in operation. They answered all my questions and demonstrated the capabilities of the unit. Their excellent work and great attitude certainly made me a loyal Geek squad supporter.
