The guys came on time and did a great job programming my universal remote!. They were professional and very patient when answering all my questions.

Needed two trips by Geek Squad Technicians to complete the programming of the Logitech Harmony One Remote.Both technicians were very polite and tried their best to integrate all of the functions of my Home Entertainment system with my new LG OLED televisoin. The second technician was most knowledgeable and provided the exact set-up needed.

This is the best universal remote. It is a little tricky to set up but once its done the beauty of having a universal remote for my home theater is great!

The Squad set up and mounted 3 TV's (55', 65" and 75") along with Sonos soundbars on two, and then provided detailed instructions on how to operate all the TV's and the Sonos system. Very professional, and done in a timely manner.

Getting the appt was absolutely Horrible, it took exactly 3 canceled appts for me finally to get a solution for my dying (they don’t sell anymore) Harmony Elite remote. Had Geek squad program my Universal remote for my home theater system. It's nice to use the one remote and customize for my system

Our installers were excellent. They worked hard until they were able to get all the devices communicating.

The hard drive in our DVR burned out and DISH sent us a new one. However our Harmony all in one controller would not work. It turned out that it needed to be linked to the new DVR and it was not possible to do unless you are trained to do so. The tech came to the house and got it all set up and it works just fine now.
